"No Shows," without 48 hours prior notice are non-refundable.   

When you agree to an appointment, please realize that this time is reserved exclusively for you and no one else.

Unlike other service providers, such as physicians, we do not triple book (i.e., 3 patients are given appointments for the same 10 minute time slot. If you don't show up, or re-schedule at the last minute, it "doesn't matter" because there are two patients waiting, often for hours). Instead, our sessions are 50 minutes, individually booked: you're seen immediately, not for 10 minutes, triple-booked, where you wait and wait.

Therefore, if you become a "No-show" without giving us at least 48 hours notice to fill your appointment slot, it costs everyone time, money, and unnecessary  inconvenience. Soon, we would have to increase our fees. Because we're committed to not increasing our fees- so that everyone who needs and wants hypnosis can afford it- we're very serious about our "no-show" policy.
